I joined the company from the early stages and played a key role in its establishment by developing the marketing funnel and analytics structure to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

Tungsten Network is a provider of electronic invoicing solutions for large, global organizations.
Global Web
June 2014 to July 2017 (3 years, 2 months)
Global Web was created to be a new entity on the Bulgarian digital media landscape. It united BeU.bg as one of the strongest female audience sites and gave birth to the new Gospodari.com, the digital representation of one of the most popular TV shows in the country.
For the first year my responsibilities were of a managing partner, creating and deploying the new Gospodari.com media platform and developing the advertising portfolio products.
Global Web is part of Global Group.
EDIT
July 2016 to May 2017 (11 months)
Was part of the initial development of the EDIT.bg network and contributing for a better environment for digital SMEs in Bulgaria

Takeover
January 2015 to February 2016 (1 year, 2 months)
Takeover's main mission was to develop and test a new venture model for our ecosystem - equity for marketing. The company was created as holding entity owning its own digital marketing agency and digital design studio.
Startups and established companies needing big marketing and design teams were relying on Takeover to own these processes. In return they were giving equity and profit-share back to the company.
I was responsible for creating the initial structure of the holding and underlying agencies and kickstarting the teams of professionals in them.
BeU.bg
September 2012 to June 2014 (1 year, 10 months)
Led by experience in marketing and community building with female audience we created our first digital media product - BeU.bg.
With time and hard work, it filled the gap in the current digital media landscape and delivered quality engaging content to the 20-34 female audience.
Later BeU.bg became part of Global Web.

Studio Moderna
August 2009 to September 2012 (3 years, 2 months)
Started the Internet sales channel in Studio Moderna Bulgaria from zero and built it up to 50% of the company's revenue.
Sales channels in this company were totally separate entities, competing against each other for revenue. In this environment my responsibilities as Head of Internet channel were ranging from pricing, ordering and product selection, through managing tech work on deployment of new platforms and campaigns to marketing and content strategy, advocating for social media use and multichannel collaboration and building an all-star team.
Some of the notable achievements were:
Webground
April 2008 to May 2009 (1 year)
Managed the product development team (15 developers and designers)
Worked on an integrated portfolio of products adding single login, content suggestions, interactive content.
Implemented the AdOcean ad-management server for the first time in the country (later the company became representative of AdOcean for Bulgaria).
Kept the advertising portfolio sharp and competitive by integrating new content formats and innovative technologies.
